Operations lead responsible for a diverse finance and accounting environment (including accounts receivable, cash and banking, business travel management, management accounting, and official mobile services) as per detail below:1. Oversee an indirect team of approximately 50 full-time employees.2. Managing staff, including all HR-related matters across the employee lifecycle.3. Ensuring governance, control, and SLA performance for transaction accuracy, quality, and timeliness.4. Supervising financial activities, including monthly, interim, and year-end closures.5. Driving cost efficiencies, improved working capital, and cash flow management.6. Functioning as the end-to-end finance and accounting delivery partner.7. Continuously reviewing operations to ensure process maturity.8. Preparing and presenting monthly and executive change management business reviews on operational performance.9. Identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.10. Managing contracts to ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and optimise vendor relationships.11. Leading best practice adoption, process optimisation, and efficiency enhancements through insight analytics.12. Implementing robotic process automation to enable teams to focus on higher-value tasks.
Post Matric qualification in Finance/Accounting will be advantage. 10-15 years Finance & Accounting experience within BPO environment at campaign level.
