Recruiter

Wizippo is seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and identifying top talent to support the growth and success of our company.

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to proactively find qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate feedback between candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within technology or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and flexible environment.
• Commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• English level B2
