Role: Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote (Europe-based)

Required skills:

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in large-scale, multi-squad environments
• Strong experience managing and orchestrating multiple teams across different geographies and time zones
• Experience coordinating global deliveries, managing dependencies, timelines, and technical roadmaps
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to leadership
• Strong experience in program governance, ensuring delivery quality in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational skills with a proactive mindset to identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in nearshore or distributed delivery models is a plus
• Availability to work within UK business hours (8 AM – 5 PM)
• Fluency in English
