Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with request intake and prioritization of incoming analytics requests from multiple cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Industry Leads, Marketing, Sales Leadership) to ensure alignment with defined priorities and delivery timelines to deliver high-impact insights.
  • Assist in maintenance and enhancement of operational sales dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy by accessing the data warehouse and self-service semantic models.
  • Conduct routine pipeline analyses, including conversion rates, velocity metrics, and win/loss studies to identify trends and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Analyst to support data quality and integrity within the data warehouse, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other sales systems
  • Leverage previous industry experience to work with industry teams, providing routine and recurring sales intelligence that aligns with specific market segments and internal client needs.
  • Execute standard processes for sales data extraction and transformation while suggesting refinements to improve accuracy.
  • Translate data analyses into clear standard visualizations and reports for stakeholders, ensuring complex data is accessible to non-technical audiences.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, data science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience working within the Professional Services, Accounting, Advisory, or Consulting industries.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, sales intelligence, go-to-market reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data transformation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, formulas, data visualization)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using Python for data manipulation or automation.
  • Experience building self-service semantic models in Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks or Fabric (supporting and extending existing models, DAX, composite models, calculation groups).
  • Experience leveraging AI to develop more efficient processes and analysis.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to synthesize datasets into clear narratives for the immediate team.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new tools and navigating a rapidly evolving tech stack.
  • Ability to balance independent task execution with appropriate escalation, seeking guidance when requirements, data quality, or expected outcomes are unclear or when broader impact may exist.
  • Ability to support cross functional teams and work effectively as a bridge between technical data teams and front-line business/sales stakeholders.
