We are Winona Health, and our story began more than a century ago with neighbors coming together to take care of one another regardless of circumstance. Established in 1894, we have been caring for generation after generation of families for more than 130 years. As an independent, non-profit community healthcare system, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our family, friends, and neighbors throughout the Winona, Minnesota area. We believe that the best care happens when we are there for each other in the moments that matter, from welcoming new lives in our Family Birth Center to providing compassionate support in our skilled nursing residences.

Our organization is driven by a commitment to local decision-making and community needs. We are one of the largest employers in the area, with a team of over 1,000 caregivers and 350 volunteers who share a mission to deliver high-quality, personalized care. We offer a wide range of services, including primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care, and emergency services, all designed to keep healthcare local and accessible.
