We are looking for a Compliance Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our Corporate team, providing expert support on Affordable Housing Compliance and Property Management Software. This is a 100% remote job with a pay range of $69,072.74- $86,633.60 annually.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of related work experience
- NAHP, SHCM, COS or equivalent certification
- Strong experience in all compliance programs
- Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suites
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Experience with property management software
- Proficient in the administration of multiple affordable housing program types
