Join the Wingtra team as a Regional Sales Manager for North LATAM and lead the full commercial cycle from lead generation to deal closure. You will be responsible for expanding Wingtra's presence in key markets, building relationships with end customers, and identifying new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience (6+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience
- Ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for selling to target customers and building lasting relationships with distribution partners
- Comfortable driving large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities
- Experience providing solutions based on customer needs
- Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
- Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & Spanish
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
- Expertise in surveying and mapping around the mining, engineering, and construction verticals
- Previous experience in working with image post-processing software
