Sales Development Representative Bilingual Spanish-English needed for remote position. Responsible for creating a pipeline of leads, engaging with potential customers, and setting sales goals. Must have 5+ years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English and Spanish.
Requirements
- Contact potential & existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads
- Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine the suitability of company products/services to their needs
- Schedule sales demos and meetings
- Set up & manage a CRM or contact list
- Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with overall sales strategy
- Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results
- Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report
- Conduct general administration tasks
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact
- Proactive lead follow-up (calls/SMS/email) via Go High Level
- Setting up phone calls to close sales with the business owners
