E-Commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop Focus)

And we’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop Focus) to start immediately!
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage TikTok shops (setup, inventory, SPS, violations, compliance)
- Conduct affiliate outreach and manage Discord communities for TikTok Shop growth
- Execute TikTok ads and strategy to drive sales and engagement
- Support multiple e-commerce storefronts across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations and brand onboarding
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing TikTok Shops (not for beginners)
- Strong knowledge of SPS, compliance, and violation handling
- Experience in affiliate outreach and community management (Discord preferred)
- Skilled in TikTok ads and strategy execution
- Familiarity with marketplace tools and listing systems
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for customer-facing support
- Background in Amazon tools is a plus (future roles may expand to Amazon-focused tasks)
Technical Requirements:
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

- Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Time)
Location: This is a remote job
Salary Package: ₱45,000 – ₱50,000
