As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our remote team and support our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate customer disputes to assess validity and determine appropriate action.
- Gather relevant information and prepare clear, professional responses to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and gather additional context when needed.
- Escalate complex cases to management or legal and assist in strategy development.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispute activities and outcomes.
- Help develop preventative measures and work with clients to reverse disputes through effective communication.
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in dispute resolution.
- Experience handling disputes in Stripe.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
