We are seeking a Data Center Mechanical Engineer to join our Technical Infrastructure team. As a key member of the Data Center Development Pre-Construction team, you will manage end-to-end mechanical engineering for our complex industrial mission-critical facilities. You will lead the mechanical strategy, develop infrastructure improvements, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in engineering analysis, design, and construction for mission-critical facility mechanical infrastructure systems
- Experience with vendor Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) management and ensuring product delivery meets rigorous internal and external design standards
- Proficiency in thermal and hydraulic modeling software (e.g., Cadence Reality/6Sigma, AFT Fathom, FloTherm, or ANSYS)
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with pipe stress analysis (PSA) and PSA software (e.g., Bentley AutoPIPE, Caesar)
