As a Customer Engineer at Google Cloud, you will help build solutions to customer needs using Google Cloud, improve product feature offerings, and solve customers operational issues through problem-solving and technical troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience with one or more programming languages
- Experience in delivering technical presentations
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently
- 3 years of experience with cloud native architecture and development methodologies in a customer-facing or support role
- Experience developing programs/scripts in Python, Java, C++, SQL and architecture, and developing software for distributed systems
- Experience building or troubleshooting websites or web applications using web technologies
- Experience in the technology industry
- Knowledge of public cloud platforms and technical concepts such as AI, Big Data, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, and related industry topics
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence decision makers around deployment topologies and performance
