The Sales Operations Business Partner will support WeTravel's Sales Team and other functional areas, providing governance, process management, and enablement to manage teams. The role will be assigned to one or multiple Sales Leaders and will be responsible for creating a frictionless selling environment, maintaining sales policies, and suggesting process improvements.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Operations
- Experience in SaaS a plus
- Experience with business analysis
- Experience with CRM programs (Salesforce.com, HubSpot, Sugar)
- Skilled at using data to understand and implement system user requirements that drive business priorities
