About the Role:

We're looking for a Marketing Designer to support our internal marketing team on a freelance, part-time basis. This is an ongoing engagement with a flexible schedule of up to 15 hours per week, fully remote.

You'll be our go-to creative for a wide range of marketing visuals - from digital banners and email graphics to landing pages and presentations. If you have a strong eye for design, love working in Figma, and thrive in a fast-moving marketing environment, we'd love to collaborate.

What You'll Do:

• Design banners and creatives for digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns.

• Create visually compelling landing pages that support marketing initiatives.

• Develop pitch decks and presentations for internal and external use.

• Produce a variety of marketing collateral based on the team's current needs.

• Maintain visual consistency across all materials in line with brand guidelines.

• Work closely with the marketing team in Figma, delivering polished, ready-to-use assets.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in marketing design - banners, landing pages, presentations, or similar formats.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different marketing materials.

• Proficiency in Figma - all design work is done in Figma.

• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Clear and responsive communication with the team.

• English - sufficient for written collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with B2B tech or software companies.

• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.

• Background in brand identity or visual system design.
