We are currently seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing high-value partnerships across global markets. You will play a key role in expanding our network of affiliates, partners, and strategic collaborators while contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage potential strategic partners and business opportunities aligned with company objectives
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners
• Evaluate partnership opportunities and develop aligned proposals
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to execute partnership strategies
• Support onboarding of new partners and ensure smooth integration
• Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline tracking
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support expansion
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management
• Strong English communication skills (professional level)
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Experience in fintech, trading, affiliate marketing, or digital platforms is a plus
