Requirements
- 7 years of experience recruiting for highly specialised, hard-to-fill, or niche SME roles
- Advanced proficiency with Lever ATS
- Creative sourcing capability beyond job boards
- Ability to assess and document candidate credentialing evidence at a senior practitioner level
- Experience managing or coordinating a small team
- Strong structured assessment skills
