We’re looking for an Engineering Manager – Data Engineering to lead a core team within Webflow’s Data Platform organization, building the scalable, reliable, and self-service data pipelines that power analytics, AI, and product experiences across the company. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team responsible for the ingestion, transformation, and automation frameworks that ensure data moves securely and reliably from any source to any destination—supporting analytics, ML, and product use cases—while partnering closely with Data Infrastructure, Analytics Engineering, and Data Insights to improve data quality, accelerate delivery velocity, and enable data-driven decision-making across Webflow.
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
