The role will involve providing real-time advice and resolving onboarding roadblocks, investigating potential financial crime risks, and supporting the MLRO with AML framework implementation. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in AML, financial crime, or a related compliance role and be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in AML, Financial Crime, or a related compliance role
- Solid understanding of AML and financial crime requirements
- Ability to make informed decisions with autonomy
- Confident communication and influencing skills
- Commercially minded and pragmatic
- Organised, flexible, and able to juggle priorities
