About the team:
The Catalog Strategic Operations team sits within the Merchandising Transformation organization and focuses on improving how catalog and merchandising work gets done at scale. The team partners closely with Merchandising, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Global Tech Ops to streamline workflows, eliminate manual effort, and unlock capacity through a combination of operational enablement, offshore delivery, and automation. As part of this team, you will help build and scale new operating models that support faster execution, better quality, and more efficient ways of working—while directly contributing to one of the most visible transformation efforts within Merchandising.
What you'll do:
- Own day-to-day execution of the offshore operations program, ensuring quality and scalability
- Partner with Merchandising and business teams to offload non-core work and drive time savings

- Serve as liaison between Bentonville teams and Global Tech Ops partners in India
- Lead intake and discovery to assess workflows, feasibility, and prioritization
- Define and evolve operating models, processes, SLAs, SOPs, and metrics as the program scales
- Support training, onboarding, and quality monitoring to meet business expectations
- Track and communicate impact, manage change, and drive continuous improvement
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, program management, consulting, or transformation-focused roles
- Experience working with or managing offshore / nearshore teams or shared services models
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and building structure where it doesn’t yet exist
- Comfort working across business and technical teams, translating needs into executable solutions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- A bias toward action, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes
