Role summary:As a Staff Cyber Intelligence Engineer, you will lead the analysis and synthesis of cyber threat intelligence to identify adversarial tactics and emerging risks. This role involves optimizing collection strategies, managing incident response processes, and collaborating across teams to enhance cyber risk management. You will provide strategic insights to support operational security and guide the development of mitigation measures. The Cyber Intelligence team delivers actionable intelligence that anticipates and mitigates cyber threats, enhancing the organization’s ability to prevent, detect, and respond effectively. By transforming raw data into prioritized, contextualized insights, the team supports faster security operations and informed risk-aware decisions. Emphasizing relevance, credibility, and timeliness, the team strengthens overall cyber risk management and incident response capabilities. Collaboration with stakeholders ensures alignment with business objectives while continuously improving threat detection and security posture across the enterprise. This team plays a critical role in safeguarding organizational assets and maintaining operational resilience.
What you'll do:
- Analyze and disseminate threat intelligence from multiple sources to identify adversarial tools, techniques, and methods.
- Perform tactical and link analysis to project future cyber threat scenarios and assess their implications.
- Optimize cyber intelligence collection strategies and manage collection assets to meet priority requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate external threats and develop data collection methods that mitigate risks.
- Monitor network performance and security metrics to ensure operational effectiveness and adherence to service levels.
- Contribute to cyber risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures to address security vulnerabilities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, fostering collaboration to achieve strategic technology and security objectives.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in cyber threat intelligence, including analysis of adversarial tools, techniques, and methods.
- Strong knowledge of cyber incident response protocols, mitigation strategies, and incident management best practices.
- Experience with risk analysis and cyber risk management to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
- Proficiency in network and malware analysis, threat detection, and security operations.
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize multi-source intelligence and open-source information for actionable insights.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration to drive strategic initiatives.
- Familiarity with programming languages and open source intelligence techniques to support cyber intelligence efforts.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
