Manage corporate financial analysis function, support projects and initiatives, direct research and analysis of business and financial information, make recommendations for strategic direction, and oversee research and analysis of fluctuations in financial and business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 additional year of experience related to functional area
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing performance of direct reports
- CPA or MBA preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct various types of analysis, including cost-benefit and alternative analysis
- Proficient in spreadsheet applications and financial/analysis systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Clean credit history as reported by credit report
- Ability to regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties
