About Vote Mama
Vote Mama is a groundbreaking organization dedicated to building the political power of mothers in the United States. Founded by Liuba Grechen Shirley after her own experience running for Congress as a mother of young children, Vote Mama has grown into an interconnected trio of organizations: the Foundation (501(c)(3)), the Lobby (501(c)(4)), and the PAC. Together, they work to break the structural and cultural barriers that prevent moms from running for and serving in elected office.
The organization operates on a fundamental belief that America's political system was not designed for women or working families, and that to change our policies, we must change our policymakers.
