Requirements
- Discovery and prospecting: Set up 100 first meetings in 3 months to help the team identify the right pitch, the right interlocutors and pain points, and generate qualified leads.
- Closing and complex sales: Sign around 7 contracts to reach 350K of ARR, or 50K per contract. Master the sales cycles of 6 to 12 months.
- Structuration: Improve the Vizzia Safety commercial playbook: discourse, sales method, prospecting sequences, and field learnings, to lay the foundations for a scalable team.
