As Operations Supervision Manager, you will be responsible for daily surveillance of the camera and connected terminal park to guarantee service continuity, proactive anomaly reporting, and reliable reporting.
Requirements
- Excellent mastery of supervision tools (Grafana, Zabbix, Centreon)
- Good understanding of connected systems (IoT, cameras, terminals)
- Solid skills in performance data analysis and interpretation (Excel, Google Sheets)
- High rigor and reliability in incident tracking and action tracking
- Method, attention to detail, and good time management in a dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and work in a team
- Curiosity, taste for continuous improvement, and innovation (automation, process optimization)
- Desire to learn and quickly improve skills
