Requirements
- Design and operate a unified data lakehouse (IoT, CRM, internal systems, product data, AI outputs) with high reliability.
- Set up data quality workflows, monitoring, observability, and lineage, ensuring <0.1% platform incidents.
- Deploy a self-service data infrastructure used by 80% of internal teams; reduce manual requests by 50%.
- Implement GDPR compliance controls: PII management, access policies, retention, auditability.
- Optimize the platform to support 2,000+ IoT devices with a cost increase <5% per device, ensuring FinOps management.
- Design and maintain reliable datasets for the AI team, with automated monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with AI, SaaS, BizOps, and Infra teams to ensure coherence, performance, and continuous delivery.
- Technically lead junior engineers and disseminate best engineering practices.
