Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in frontend development on complex web products (startup/SaaS)
- Advanced mastery of React and its ecosystem
- Significant experience in monorepo (Nx, Turborepo, or equivalent)
- Already structured or refactored a front from scratch
- Quality culture: tests, maintainable code, technical debt mastered
- Clear communication, ability to challenge and be challenged without ego
- Professional proficiency in English
