Infrastructure Developer, Accode

Accode is part of Visma Solutions and we’re now looking for an Infrastructure Developer to join our team!

Accode is building an automation platform for accounting offices in the Nordics. Trusted by thousands of customers, including the largest accounting offices in Finland, we're changing how automation and AI are used throughout the accounting process to deliver real, measurable business results.

What will you be doing?

Your role will be instrumental in shaping the automation platform we are building. You will have a significant role in designing, implementing and taking ownership of the infrastructure that powers our automation platform.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

• Designing, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure (AWS) to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Developing and maintaining our infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) to automate provisioning and management of resources.
• Building and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.
• Implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the health and performance of our systems.
• Championing security best practices throughout the infrastructure and development lifecycle.
• Participating in roadmapping, technical discussions, and decision-making for future initiatives.
• Debugging and resolving issues, ensuring that our products and platform runs smoothly for all our customers.

What are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in an infrastructure, DevOps, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and a proven track record of building and managing cloud-native infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency with infrastructure as code tools, especially Terraform.
• Solid experience with containerization technologies like Docker and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions).
• A strong security mindset with experience in implementing security controls and best practices within a cloud environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex technical issues and a proactive approach to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts and collaborate effectively with team members.

Here’s also some nice to have stuff:

• Full-stack development experience - you have worked throughout the various layers of the software stack and can contribute meaningfully in many of them aside your other responsibilities.
• Experience in managing and scaling databases, such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience in advanced observability and monitoring tools.
• Finnish language skills are considered an asset due to the Finnish customer base (we hope all our team members interact with customers too).

Visma Solutions has offices in Helsinki and Lappeenranta, but you can also work from other Visma offices across Finland. This role can also be fully remote from anywhere in Finland.

The salary range in this position is difficult to estimate as it’s a new role and can be e.g. between 4000-5500 €/month depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations.

Our recruitment process includes two rounds of interviews, first one with Recruiter & Team rep. (30-45 mins) and second being a technical Interview (90 mins).
