Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel itineraries
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and reports for executive review
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
- Conduct research and prepare summaries to assist executives in decision making
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring efficient access to important documents
- Oversee project timelines and assist in tracking progress against goals
- Provide administrative support for special projects and various tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative role
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online collaboration tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in managing confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Knowledge of project management practices and tools is a plus
