About the role

Our client is a US-based technology company focused on driving the next generation of vehicle and mobile technologies.

For them, we are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer (UI-Leaning) to join a Growth-focused engineering team responsible for scaling a customer-facing membership and enrollment platform.

This role is full-stack but leans toward React and frontend implementation, while still requiring backend capability and production ownership.

This is not a maintenance role; the platform is being expanded to support multiple enterprise clients, and the team is investing heavily in scalability and performance.

What You’llBe Doing

• Building and enhancing modern React applications

• Translating UX designs into scalable, production-ready components

• Developing and maintaining backend APIs (Node.js and/or Python)

• Deploying and maintaining services in AWS (serverless architecture)

• Owning features end-to-end (development → deployment → monitoring)

• Contributing to architectural discussions and platform scalability

• Ensuring performance, reliability, and observability in production

What Success Looks Like (6 Months)

• You understand the existing platform architecture

• You deliver full-stack features independently

• You contribute to scaling the platform for multi-client usage

• You take ownership of production quality and monitoring

• You proactively suggest improvements

Required Experience

Frontend (Strong Requirement)

• Strong experience with React

• Experience building production-grade web applications

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals

• Experience converting UX designs into maintainable components

Backend

• Experience with Node.js (preferred)

• Python experience is a strong plus

• API design and RESTful service development

Cloud & DevOps

• Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, serverless deployments)

• Experience deploying and maintaining production systems

• Understanding of monitoring and observability

Engineering Fundamentals

• Strong knowledge of design patterns and SOLID principles

• Unit testing experience

• Ownership mindset: accountable for outcomes, not just tickets

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms

• Experience scaling high-traffic applications

• Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows
