Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Assist in the migration of training content, user data, and completion records from the legacy LMS to the new platform.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to configure learning paths, user groups, and training assignments in the new LMS.

• Support testing and validation activities to ensure data accuracy, functionality, and user experience in the new system.

• Help document LMS processes, workflows, and user guides tailored for commercial teams.

• Coordinate with IT, Compliance, and Learning & Development teams to align the new LMS setup with training requirements and regulatory standards.

• Provide basic support and respond to questions from users during initial rollout and onboarding.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Current undergraduate student (junior or senior preferred) pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Strong interest in enterprise systems, digital learning platforms, or organizational training.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Docebo, etc.) is a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
