As a Supervisor of Service Technical Support, you will oversee technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support for monitoring solutions, leading customer meetings, and driving root cause investigations. You will contribute to documentation, process improvement, and training development while ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
Requirements
- Polytechnic, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or relevant field preferred
- Excellent English (written and spoken), strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with interdepartmental teams to resolve end-user problems
- Minimum 2 years in one or more of the following: BAS/BMS systems, Electronic Monitoring systems, Protocols and integration, Computer-based networks, Basic Database Knowledge, Basic AI/LLM, Analytics and BI Tools, Technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, Software Architecture, Software dependencies, APIs
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Understanding of Data Communications (network devices, LANs, WANs, VPNs, RDP)
- Familiarity with protocols: Modbus, RS232, RS422, RS485, ARC net, BACnet, SNMP
- Basic understanding of SQL languages and browser troubleshooting tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and flexibility in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Professional interaction at all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented, conscientious, and self-motivated
