Senior Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Offshore Resource fluent in English needed to

1) Develop training materials (including videos w/ audio) and revising work instructions/job aids.

2) Assist with UAT execution in JIRA X-Ray, and be able to work with our business clients 1:1 or in a group setting to disseminate training on the Power BI based metrics portal we are enhancing.

3) Help refine user stories when needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrated business analyst experience working in regulated environments
• Fluency in English language with excellent communication skills
• Experience using JIRA X-Ray
• Excellent technical writing ability
• Basic understanding of Power BI
