MRT Bench Supervisor: Remote

Under the direction of the MRT Bench Manager, this position is responsible for organizing and leading a team of ROI specialists, making training suggestions, handling staff utilization and work assignments, and ensuring proper system access for automated processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least four (4) years of experience in medical records management
• Ability to understand and adhere to HIPAA and state regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong data entry and attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
