Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SEC reporting and financial reporting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with US GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Proven experience in working with external auditors
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial systems and reporting software
- Ability to analyze complex issues and present clear, actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering results.
