United States onlyThe Wastewater Technician is responsible for controlling the Wastewater treatment plant's systems and equipment to purify and clarify water for permitted industrial discharge. The position requires operating and maintaining equipment, collecting and testing wastewater samples, and analyzing lab data to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- Willingness to learn and be able take instructions on Wastewater treatment processes
- Operational experience of site specific equipment preferred, including: DAF, Aerobic, Anaerobic Wastewater entry level licensing or certification preferred
