Job Description – Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and scale modern applications across UI, API, and workflow layers. This role requires strong front-end engineering skills, solid backend/API development experience, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

This position is suited for engineers who can integrate quickly, deliver production-grade code, and gradually take ownership of application areas.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Build and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Implement secure UI patterns including role-based access control
• Translate product and UX requirements into reusable, scalable UI components

Backend & API Development

• Design and develop REST and GraphQL APIs
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous processing where applicable
• Integrate application services with data platforms such as Snowflake and PostgreSQL

Workflow & Integration

• Work with Temporal and Dagster-based workflows
• Support both synchronous and asynchronous task orchestration
• Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of application flows

Quality & Collaboration

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, data engineering, and platform teams

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Backend development experience with Node.js and API frameworks
• Experience designing and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs
• Solid understanding of event-driven architectures
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Familiarity with Agile and sprint-based delivery models

Nice to Have

• Experience with Temporal, Dagster, or similar workflow engines
• Exposure to Snowflake, dbt, or modern data platforms
• Experience working in Azure cloud environments
• Prior experience working with distributed or offshore teams
