What You’ll Do:

- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points, goals, and needs to offer tailored solutions using Decile’s platform and services.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Maintain a structured approach to your pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting in CRM systems.
- Conduct Product Demos: Showcase the Decile Hub platform and its unique value proposition to potential customers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Leadership: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize outreach strategies and provide feedback on customer needs. Share insights with leadership to shape product development and strategy.
- Hit and Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the curve.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven success in a B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or a related industry.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
