United States onlyWe are in search of an Implementation Engineer to join our Shared Services team to implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our integrated software solution delivery to our clients. In this position, you will work closely with product managers, implementation managers, software developers, quality assurance, and customers to ensure a timely and successful implementation process, and ongoing client success with our applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with the Implementation and product managers as well as the customer’s implementation team to handle all technical aspects of new client implementation
- Participate in sales calls with customer technical teams to provide subject matter expertise
- Participate in implementation calls with customers from project kick-off till go-live
- Facilitate end-to-end implementation testing with customers
- Provide end-to-end technical assistance for our new clients during their on-boarding and testing process
- Be the public face of the company from a technical and operational integration perspective
- Implement, configure, and debug enterprise software using SQL, JSON, logging tools
- Own all public-facing SDKs, APIs, implementation guides and support documents
- Monitor existing implementations for errors
- Research root cause of errors and provide analysis to development team
- Collaborate with product development team to resolve any issues and enhance product features and capabilities
- Analyze the implementation process to look for areas of improvement.
- Monitor various communication interfaces, provide error analysis propose resolutions
- Create summary reports on interfaces and implementation metrics and provide to product team
- Partner with the system project manager and product development team on any changes or modifications to the deployment and implementation processes
- Provide advanced technical customer support as necessary after go-live
- Create tools and processes to optimize implementation projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- 2 years software development and/or software implementation experience
- Proven technical background, should be comfortable reading logs, source code, querying DBs using SQL
- Proficiency in a high-level programming language, such as C#, Java
- Familiar with REST APIs, JSON, XML
- Strong networking skills (HTTPS)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud concepts and products
- Experience with HealthCare IT technologies such as FHIR, DIRECT, HL7 would be a big plus
- Experience with application Performance monitoring Products (New Relic, Azure Monitor) would be a plus
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills to solve problems and manage client relationships
- An incredibly strong “can do” attitude, we are growing fast and tackling unique problems that require quick thinking and adaptability

The salary for a position is typically determined by multiple factors such as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The projected compensation range for the position may vary based on these factors and could range from $70,000 to $85,000 (annualized USD). However, this estimate represents just one aspect of our total compensation package offered.
