Varonis is seeking a motivated Technical Account Manager to provide onboarding and proactive on-going value and support to Varonis customers. The role requires strong technical acumen and customer service skills, with experience working in a customer-facing role at a Cloud, Cyber Security, or Data Security & Privacy Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ Years working in a customer-facing role at a Cloud, Cyber Security, or Data Security & Privacy Company
- Experience working with Windows OS
- Knowledge of enterprise IT, cloud, and security technologies
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility and relationships with customers
- Excellent in communication, written and verbal
- Proven problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to customer success
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Sales oriented
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Up to 25 % travel
