Varicent is a market leader in Sales Performance Management (SPM) and is seeking a Technical Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will provide expert assistance to users navigating their SaaS solutions, troubleshoot technical challenges, and collaborate closely with product and development teams to report bugs and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements

2+ Years of relevant technical experience
Proven experience working with SaaS platforms
Familiarity with relational databases concepts, both basic administration and SQL scripting
CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher
