About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team. You’ll manage day-to-day operations for ~8 executives, including scheduling, travel, and expenses, while also providing backup support to the CEO’s office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can confidently manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Plan and execute domestic and international travel end-to-end
  • Prepare and track expense reports in partnership with Finance
  • Provide backup support for the CEO’s office during peak periods
  • Support executive meetings, off-sites, and team events
  • Draft professional communication (email, Slack) and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Identify and improve processes to make executive support more efficient

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in executive or administrative support
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders (ideally 4+ at once)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with tools like Outlook and expense systems (e.g., Concur)
  • A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked
