Vapi is hiring a Revenue Enablement Sr. Manager to build the onboarding frameworks, continuous training programs, and sales playbooks that empower our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, or Learning & Development at a high-growth B2B tech company.
- Expertise in coaching sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) with a measurable impact on results.
- Familiarity with the modern GTM stack including Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
- Background or strong interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure.
