Founded in 2021, our mission revolves around empowering individuals with SMI to thrive by fostering a sense of purpose and belonging within their communities. The healthcare system currently spends approximately $280 billion annually on SMI, yet many individuals experience significant hardships, including a reduced life expectancy of 20 years due to preventable health conditions. Recognizing that effective treatment is as much about social inclusion as it is about medical care, we focus on psychosocial rehabilitation strategies that integrate community support.

Our innovative Vanna Connect program provides inclusive psychosocial rehabilitation at scale, driven by personalized coaching, local support groups, and digital engagement tools. This unique approach not only enhances clinical outcomes but also promotes social engagement, which is often missing in traditional care models. Through our efforts, we aim to bridge the gaps within the current healthcare landscape, ensuring that all individuals, irrespective of their backgrounds, have access to compassionate and culturally competent care.
