Cerner CoPath & Epic Applications Trainer – Term Position – Remote

The Applications Trainer is responsible for delivering virtual, instructor-led training to newly hired frontline staff across multiple clinical applications, primarily class-based and focusing on Epic applications, including but not limited to Ambulatory, Research, Stork, Radiant, Cupid, Willow, and Beaker, as well as Cerner CoPath during the organization's transition from Cerner to Epic.

Requirements

• Experience delivering remote training across multiple Epic applications
• Experience training or supporting Cerner CoPath
• Demonstrated experience providing Epic end-user application training
• Proven ability to facilitate remote training sessions, including virtual classroom and one-on-one formats
• Knowledge and practical application of Adult Learning Theory to design and deliver effective training experiences
