About the Role

We are seeking an Intermediate Fullstack Developer passionate about building impactful, real-world applications and exploring the potential of AI-assisted development.

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that support workforce scheduling and communication—core to our mission of simplifying workforce operations. Collaborating with a talented cross-functional team, you’ll contribute to both frontend and backend development while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to accelerate innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype new functionality using AI-powered platforms such as Locofy and Bolt
• Collaborate with AI agents and developers via tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor
• Develop and maintain web applications using Vue.js (frontend) and .NET 9 (backend)
• Design and optimize MSSQL database structures and queries
• Integrate and manage asynchronous messaging systems
• Configure and maintain web servers and reverse proxies
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security best practices
• Use GitHub for version control, issue tracking, and CI/CD workflows

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional fullstack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js, TypeScript, and .NET (preferably .NET 9) using C#
• Solid understanding of MSSQL database design and optimization
• Experience with Domain Driven Design and Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with message brokers and high-traffic systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves

• Understanding of Lean methodology
• Experience with AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Locofy, Bolt)
• Background in scheduling or workforce management applications
• Exposure to prompt engineering or LLM-based workflows
• Familiarity with REST APIs, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
