Valiantys is looking for an Engagement Director to lead strategic, IT services-led client engagements. The role owns executive relationships, business outcomes, and long-term value strategy for a portfolio of accounts. The Engagement Director will work with clients to understand their goals, frame business problems, shape solution roadmaps, and ensure engagements deliver measurable value over time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading strategic client engagements in IT services, consulting, enterprise software, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to build trust with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- A consultative approach to problem framing, discovery, roadmap creation, and value realization.
- Ability to connect business outcomes with technical delivery, operating model change, adoption, and measurable impact.
- Experience partnering with sales, delivery, project management, solution architecture, and technical teams.
- Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to run discovery sessions, executive workshops, steering committees, and outcome reviews.
