The ideal candidates will have extensive EPIC hospital Revenue Cycle experience, multiple years of hospital collections experience, and supervisory experience. This is a work-from-home role with a preference for applicants who live in the Greater DFW area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Five years or more hospital collection experience.
- 7 years or more hospital/medical office experience.
- 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
- Ability to create basic spreadsheets and pivot tables in Excel.
- Deductive reasoning and rational thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize work demands to meet or exceed financial goals and objectives of the department.
- Ability to hire and lead a cohesive team to optimal results.
- Provides feedback and training to the staff in an effort to continue success by evaluating and documenting employee performance and providing counseling corrective action, and training when needed, as well as recognizing satisfactory and superior performance.
