Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in technical sales of CCaaS solutions/services
- 2-3 years in customer facing role, preferably in Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience
- B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent presentation, customer engagement, and listening skills
- Highly technical and analytical thinker with several years of CCaaS experience
- Curious and fast learner
