Remote Engineering Manager - Mechanical & Electrical (Latam)

We are seeking an Engineering Manager – Mechanical & Electrical to lead and develop a distributed team of LATAM-based engineering resources, focusing on design quality, execution, and manufacturability, with a strong responsibility for both mechanical and electrical engineering integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in industrial, modular, or engineered-to-order environments
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Strong mechanical engineering background with design experience
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Ability to review and approve mechanical and electrical designs
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills
