Our client is on a mission to revolutionise training in the energy and utilities sector. Fresh from closing their seed investment round and already generating over £500K in revenue with a lean, high-performing team of six, they’re now hiring their first Marketing Manager to take the lead on all things marketing.

They build B2B SaaS training software used by companies like National Grid to manage and deliver training for the energy transition. Now, they’re looking for someone who’s ready to take full ownership of their marketing function, drive the brand forward, and make a real impact on their growth.

What you'll do...

• Lead and execute the B2B marketing strategy, with a focus on content, brand and digital growth.
• Create compelling content and sales collateral to drive awareness and leads.
• Own and manage relationships with the external marketing agency.
• Drive results through LinkedIn strategy, digital campaigns, and lead generation.
• Use data and insights to optimise performance and support business growth.
• Collaborate with sales to deliver impactful marketing that helps close deals.
• Travel to Aberdeen once a month (costs will be covered) to sync with the team and key stakeholders.

Who you are...

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Confident creating and delivering content and brand strategies.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge – comfortable overseeing paid, social, and organic campaigns (with agency support).
• Results-oriented and proactive – you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can take ownership.
• A great communicator who can work independently while collaborating with internal and external teams.

💸 Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
🏡 Logistics: Remote - Travel to Aberdeen once a month (costs will be covered)
